Winter On The Lake

Monday, January 10th, 2011

The relatively mild and short Winter season on the lake peaks in January and the first half of February. Lake Livingston RV parks host a large number of Winter Visitors each year who come from much colder climates to spend Winter here.Water sports such as water-skiing, wake boarding and tubing are on hold until warmer weather. The warm days between northers are great for bicycling, walking, running, fishing and golf.Winter is a great time for feeding wild birds, and for spotting eagles who nest along the lake.
